Demolition of existing structures and construction of new service station at 12 Princes Highway, Cann River VIC 3890 . Works consisted of constructing a new 420m2 convenience store, 812m2 of re-fuelling canopy area and 9000m2 of hardstand area. Fifty percent of the existing site was filled to match adjacent levels with installation of a retaining wall. New provision of services including civil drainage, sewer relocation, water and electrical supplies.
